Order Cancellation and Return Policy (B2B)
Since our sales are conducted within the scope of B2B (legal entity), the right of withdrawal regulated in the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 does not apply. Return requests for defective or erroneous products must be notified in writing within 3 business days from the delivery date.
Delivery Policy
Delivery terms (Incoterms), delivery address, loading date and transportation method are specified in the proforma invoice and order confirmation. Transfer of risk is determined according to the relevant Incoterms rules.
Transaction Currency
All transactions are processed in Turkish Lira (TRY). International cards will be charged in TRY and converted by the issuing bank.
Import Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to import restrictions based on local regulations. Please check with your local customs authority for specific restrictions.
Privacy Policy (KVKK)
Your personal data is processed under KVKK for wholesale sales and order processes, payment transactions, invoicing and logistics. For payment processing, your data is shared with PayTR (authorized payment institution). Card information is never collected by our site; all payments are processed through PayTR's PCI-DSS certified secure infrastructure.
Payment Security
Payment transactions are processed through PayTR virtual POS infrastructure. PayTR is a TCMB-licensed and PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment institution. Card number, CVV, expiry date and similar information is not collected, processed or stored by us. All transactions are protected with 3D Secure protocol.
Legal Compliance
This site is intended only for B2B (legal entity) wholesale sales; retail sales are not made. Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 do not apply to this site. Turkish Law applies and the courts of the Seller's place of residence have jurisdiction.
Electronic Receipt
After each transaction, an electronic receipt will be sent to your registered email address. You may also request a paper receipt if needed.
