3. Product Information, Prices and Offers

  • Product information and prices on the site are for informational purposes.
  • Final sales prices may vary based on order quantity, delivery terms (Incoterms), delivery address, target market and logistics conditions.
  • Special pricing may apply for B2B wholesale purchases.
  • Sales become final with proforma invoice, order confirmation or separate written agreement between the parties.

4. Payments and Security

Payments can be made through:

  • Bank Transfer / EFT
  • Letter of Credit
  • PayTR secure virtual POS or payment links
  • Credit/debit card information is not collected, processed or stored by the Company.
  • All card payments are processed through PayTR's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified secure infrastructure using 3D Secure protocol.
  • PayTR is a TCMB-licensed payment institution supervised by BDDK.
  • Orders are not processed without payment confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Content on the website may contain technical or typographical errors. The Company cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages that may arise from such errors.

Binding provisions between the parties are the terms contained in the proforma invoice, order confirmation and signed contracts.

6. Changes

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice when deemed necessary.
